Returns Policy ...

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. 

You should expect to receive your exchange within two weeks of our receipt of product, however, in many cases you will receive more quickly.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us via email or phone call with your order number and details about the product you would like to return and why, including photos if appropriate. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We ship worldwide!

However, please note there are restrictions on some products which are unable to be shipped to international destinations.

We can no longer accept orders for Spray Perfumes or Colognes due to their Alcohol content.  Even though the there is only 15ml in a 50ml bottle, it’s enough for Australia Post to reject its carriage.  We can send everything else via AusPost.  

Other transport modes are FedEx or via Sea Freight.  Be aware FedEx is expensive.

 

Australia Wide: $10 Flat Rate postage. 

Worldwide: Shipping cost determined by Australia Post at the Checkout.
